It is, this picture is from the movie Killer Klowns from Outer Space, a sci-fi hit from the 80s. It's trully one of my favorite stupid horror flicks ever. The movie has no good plot or acting, it's just the fact of seeing alien clowns turning people into cotton candy and sucking blood out of them. Yes, they have sweet tast for blood. When you watch this movie it makes you feel like a kid again, which is great, check it out when you get a chance!
